Beyond practical exposure, the program prioritizes skill development, equipping associates with the tools they need to excel in their legal careers.

"We provide a rewarding and transformative experience that empowers our Summer Associates with legal knowledge, professional skills, and the personal attributes that define exceptional attorneys," remarked Devon Williams, Ward and Smith's Co-Managing Director. "Their enthusiasm and talent will undoubtedly enhance our ability to deliver exceptional client service and expose them to our team-oriented work environment."

Between May 13 and June 21, the Summer Associates will be stationed in the firm's five office locations: Asheville, Greenville, New Bern, Raleigh, and Wilmington.
