Attorney Adam Beaudoin has been elected President of the Community Associations Institute of North Carolina (CAI-NC) Board of Directors. He seamlessly transitioned into this pivotal role in January, having previously served as the board's president-elect.
With a steadfast commitment, Adam conveyed, "I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to serve as President of the board. It is of utmost importance to me to serve our industry with integrity, transparency, and unwavering dedication. I am eager to collaborate with my colleagues on the board to provide top-level education programs for our members."
Since 2006, Adam has been an active participant in CAI-NC, engaging in various capacities. His track record includes speaking engagements at numerous local and national CAI events and serving on the Legislative Action Committee. His legal acumen and dedication to community association law have earned him the prestigious fellowship in the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) – a distinction bestowed upon only 175 attorneys nationwide.
Currently serving as Co-Chair of Ward and Smith's Community Associations Practice Group, Adam possesses nearly two decades of experience in the intricate world of community associations law.
