Attorney Adam Beaudoin has been chosen to serve as President-Elect of the Board of Directors for the Community Associations Institute of North Carolina (CAI-NC). He was elected to his new position during a January board meeting.
Adam brings extensive experience to his new role with CAI-NC. He has been practicing community associations law for nearly two decades and currently is the Co-Chair of Ward and Smith's Community Associations Practice Group.
Additionally, Adam has been a CAI-NC member since 2006 and has been actively involved in the nonprofit organization. He has presented at several local and national CAI events, served on the Legislative Action Committee, and was a board member prior to his election. Recently, Adam was honored with fellowship in the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL), an exclusive accolade for fewer than 175 attorneys nationally.
The Community Associations Institute works to promote and strengthen community associations. It focuses on providing education and resources to homeowners, volunteers, professional managers, and other members related to common interest communities, such as condominiums and homeowners associations.
