Litigation attorney Amy Wooten will be sharing her insights with future attorneys as part of an upcoming panel at Wake Forest University School of Law. The virtual event will take place on Tuesday, April 8, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and is part of adjunct professor T.L. Brown’s Business Drafting class.
Joining Amy on the panel are fellow Wake Forest Law alumni Eric Spose, with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, LLP, and Greg Bailey, with LPL Financial. The discussion will focus on practical approaches to business drafting, drawing on the panelists' experiences in the legal and financial sectors.
The panel aims to provide students with valuable, real-world insight into drafting contracts and other essential business documents while highlighting some of the legal and practical concerns that can arise when legal instruments are poorly drafted.
The event is only open to current Business Drafting students.
