Stephanie Crosby has been appointed as the Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for the Paralegal Division of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA).

Stephanie, an integral part of the firm’s legal team, will play a key role in enhancing member engagement and expanding the division’s reach.

As Membership Committee Co-Chair, Stephanie will focus on initiatives to attract and retain members, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community within the Paralegal Division. Her efforts will help ensure that the division continues to grow and support its members effectively.

Stephanie, a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal, has extensive experience in various business-related legal matters, including the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of entities, mergers and acquisitions, housing authority redevelopment, and complex lending transactions.

Additionally, Stephanie assists attorneys with matters involving the Internal Revenue Service, the North Carolina Department of Revenue, and various statewide regulatory boards, including the North Carolina Medical Board. She is a regular speaker on business law matters to paralegals and paralegal students and actively holds numerous statewide leadership roles in the legal profession.
