Jen is the firm's Technical Trainer and Help Desk Support Specialist. In this role, she is responsible for providing technical support to the Firm's end-users as well as creating, curating and delivering training on firm systems and software applications. Jen conducts training classes, develops training programs, supports users with tech solutions, coordinates and runs monthly training workshops, delivers new hire training as needed, and maintains course curriculum class materials.
