Ward and Smith is pleased to announce the addition of Marianna Baggett McMurry to the firm's Raleigh office.
Marianna joins the firm as a litigation attorney, bringing with her a track record of success in representing clients through every stage of the litigation process.
In addition to her general litigation practice, Marianna focuses on resolving disputes involving community associations and condominium boards. She adeptly addresses a variety of issues, including covenant enforcement, governance disputes, and financial matters.
Marianna also assists with complex disputes related to wills, trusts, and estates, including will contests, fiduciary litigation, and trust modifications.
