About Me
One of my favorite sayings is… "A burden shared is a burden halved or doubled – depending on who you share it with." Being trusted by clients to carry, lighten, and resolve their burdens is the greatest honor, and I am incredibly proud to be part of a team that is committed to providing the best service to our clients.
My favorite thing about Ward and Smith is… the firm's unwavering commitment to teamwork and dedication to clients.
I became a lawyer because... I love solving problems and helping others. My dad practiced law, and I grew up watching him help people through some of the most difficult times of their lives. I wanted to be like him.
One surprising thing people don't know about me is… my favorite place to be is on a dancefloor—particularly if there is a band!
When I'm not practicing law, you'll most likely find me cheering on the Tar Heels, hosting a dinner party, spending time at the coast, and taking my dog, Dolly the Dachshund, on walks around Raleigh.
