The 2025 Banking Institute, a premier continuing legal education program for banking professionals and their legal advisors, returns to Charlotte on March 27-28.
Hosted by the University of North Carolina School of Law's Center for Banking and Finance, the Banking Institute brings together leading experts to discuss high-impact topics shaping the future of banking. Sessions will cover key developments, including the impact of Banking as a Service in a post-Synapse world, regulatory implications of recent Supreme Court decisions, and anticipated changes in banking policy under the new administration and Congress. Panelists will also examine the rise of private credit and its intersection with traditional banking markets.
