On Wednesday, March 19, Ward and Smith will welcome members of the Leadership Raleigh 50 Class to our Raleigh office for an insightful discussion on how companies engage with government at various levels.
Participants will hear from our experienced Government Relations team, including Whitney Campbell Christensen and Mike McIntyre, as they dive into the complexities of policy-making, advocacy, and corporate-government interaction.
Leadership Raleigh, a program of the Raleigh Chamber, is designed to equip emerging leaders with the knowledge and connections they need to make a lasting impact on the Triangle region. Through a series of site visits and discussions with business, government, and nonprofit leaders, participants gain a deeper understanding of the region’s key challenges and opportunities.
Among those benefiting from this experience is Ward and Smith attorney Luke Tompkins, who is currently part of 50 Class. Luke will graduate in June, joining firm attorneys Tyler Russell and Devon Williams, who previously completed the program.
