Community associations attorney Adam Beaudoin will speak at the upcoming 2024 CAI Annual Conference & Exposition, which will be held from May 8 to May 11 in Las Vegas.
Adam, who wears multiple hats as President of the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute's Board of Directors, as well as a CCAL Fellow, will share a stage with Cynthia A. Jones from Sellers, Ayers, Dortch & Lyons, and Charles Sellers from Maxwell & Morgan, P.C.
The session, titled "Governance Blind Spots: Uncovering Mistakes You Didn't Know You Were Making," aims to shed light on common mistakes that often escape the notice of community association boards. Through real-world examples and discussions, Adam and his co-presenters will help attendees identify these blind spots and understand the potential consequences that may arise if left unaddressed.
The 2024 CAI Annual Conference promises to be a lively gathering of community association managers, homeowner board members, and business partners. Apart from the unmissable networking events and educational sessions, attendees will also have the chance to explore the world-class exhibit hall showcasing cutting-edge solutions and tech for community associations.
