Real estate attorney Madeline Lipe Williams has been selected to join the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce's 2025 Leadership Wilmington cohort.
This prestigious program offers participants an in-depth look at the region's challenges and opportunities, fostering lifelong relationships with fellow aspiring leaders. A key component of the program is the collaborative planning and execution of "Work on Wilmington," the community’s largest one-day volunteer service event.
The 2025 cohort comprises a diverse group of professionals from various sectors, representing a wide range of employer sizes, industries, educational backgrounds, and experiences. This diversity ensures a rich and cohesive group experience, fostering unique perspectives and innovative solutions.
Upon completing the program in May 2025, Madeline will join fellow Ward and Smith alumni Isabelle Chammas, Chris Edwards, Allen Trask, and Jeremy Wilson, who have previously graduated from Leadership Wilmington.
