On Tuesday, April 23rd, Ward and Smith proudly joined the celebration to honor local heroes at the Craven Community College Foundation's 14th Annual Community Fabric Awards.
Amy Wang, an environmental law attorney and member of the Foundation board, highlighted Ward and Smith's dedication to Craven Community College during the Blue Carpet Pre-Show. As mentioned by Amy, Ward and Smith's support of Craven Community College extends beyond sponsoring the Community Fabric Awards. David Ward, one of the firm's co-founding members, was the school's longest-serving advisor before his retirement. In recognition of his significant contributions, the college renamed its student center in honor of David, who is also a Community Fabric Award recipient, along with co-founding member Troy Smith.
