Attorney Brad Evans will be a key panelist at the Railway Association of North Carolina's (RANC) 2024 Annual Conference.
Joining him on the panel will be Donald Arant from the North Carolina Railroad Company (NCRR) and Jarrett Mankin from RAMS Inc. The session will be moderated by Robert Dobronski, general counsel for the North Carolina Railroad Company. The panel will focus on the critical issue of Utility Right of Way (ROW) Encroachment, examining its impact on railway operations and exploring solutions to mitigate related challenges.
The conference kicks off on May 20 at the Harrah's Cherokee Hotel & Casino Resort in Cherokee, NC, and will conclude the next day with a golf tournament and award ceremony.
