Jameson A. Doub
Jameson is a creditors' rights attorney focused on advocating for financial institutions, lenders, and other creditors in collections and bankruptcy proceedings. Having recently completed a term as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph Callaway, United States Bankruptcy Court Judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Jameson now devotes his skills to helping clients navigate complex issues related to commercial loan transactions, foreclosures, receiverships, liens, restructuring, and insolvency. He also provides support by drafting various contracts, loan documents, and workout documents.
