Michelle joined Ward and Smith in 2019 as a litigation paralegal in our Asheville office. She has 20 years of litigation experience with 16 of those years at a securities litigation firm in central Florida prior to relocating to North Carolina in 2017. Michelle assists attorneys across all our offices with general civil litigation matters including construction, guardianship, and business litigation.
