Elizabeth A. Stallings
Beth has more than twenty years of experience, having begun her career as a paralegal in 1993. Her primary area of practice has been labor and employment. She regularly prepares employment and severance agreements. Elizabeth is well versed in the investigation and administration of matters involving claims of violations of labor laws such as discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age or disability and wage and hour claims. She is adept at managing cases throughout the litigation process from commencement through settlement or trial.
