Alicia has been a Trusts and Estates Paralegal for Ward and Smith, P.A. since 2015. She assists the Trusts and Estates attorneys with all aspects of estate and trust administration and has vast knowledge and experience in matters involving North Carolina Courts, probate of decedents' estates, preparation of complex estate tax returns filed with the Internal Revenue Service, as well as estate planning and guardianships.
