Ward and Smith is pleased to announce the addition of Aulie Strickland to its Raleigh office as a Real Estate Attorney.
Aulie brings experience representing national builders and developers across North and South Carolina, with a strong focus on commercial and residential development real estate transactions.
Aulie’s experience spans all aspects of real estate law, including contract negotiation, title searches, and the coordination of utilities and infrastructure for large-scale development projects.

Aulie holds a J.D. from Campbell University School of Law and a B.A. magna cum laude from North Carolina State University. He is admitted to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
