Ward and Smith is proud to sponsor the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce’s March Power Luncheon, featuring Blake Harrell, Head Football Coach of East Carolina University.
The event will take place on Tuesday, March 19, 2025, at the Hilton Greenville, bringing together local business and community leaders for an engaging discussion on leadership, teamwork, and the future of ECU football.
Harrell, who was officially named ECU’s 23rd head football coach on November 27, 2024, is entering his sixth year with the program. After stepping in as interim head coach for four of the last five games of the 2024 season, he made an immediate impact, leading the Pirates to a 26-21 victory over NC State in the Go Bowling Military Bowl on December 28, 2024. With the 2025 season opener scheduled for August 28 at NC State, Harrell is set to share insights on his leadership approach, coaching philosophy, and what’s ahead for the Pirates.
The March Power Luncheon offers an excellent opportunity for attendees to gain perspective from a coach who has demonstrated resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to rally a team in a pivotal moment. His experiences on and off the field provide valuable lessons not just for athletes but for professionals across industries.
Tickets for the event are available through the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce. Chamber members can attend for $35, while non-members can purchase tickets for $45. RSVP by Friday, March 14 at noon.
