Ward and Smith, P.A. is pleased to welcome Caroline B. McLean, Devon D. Williams, and Margaret K. Winfield to the Firm. All three attorneys work in the Firm's Raleigh office.
Ms. McLean joined the Firm's Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, she served as a law clerk for The Honorable Louise W. Flanagan, United States District Court Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Ms. McLean received her law degree, with high honors, from The University of North Carolina School of Law and her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Virginia.
Ms. Williams is a member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. She earned her law degree from Campbell Law School and her B.S. from the University of Maryland.
Ms. Winfield joined the Firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group. She received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A., with honors, from the University of Virginia, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
