Litigator Gavin Parsons joins Ward and Smith's Raleigh office with over two decades of trial experience, representing a diverse range of clients, including large corporations, regional businesses, and individuals. Known for his results-driven approach, his practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, where he addresses matters such as trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret claims. Gavin is widely respected for his professionalism toward other members of the bar, his thorough understanding of civil procedure, and his ability to navigate high-stakes disputes with insight, humor, and practicality.

Madison Waller is based in the firm's New Bern office and focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes. Her litigation experience includes advising multinational clients on contract and commercial issues. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
