Vicki Spillane Promoted to E-Discovery and Litigation Support Manager

Ward and Smith, P.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Vicki Spillane to E-Discovery and Litigation Support Manager.  In her new role, Vicki will continue managing support of litigation and trial preparation, employee training, and special projects.

During that time, Vicki has been highly influential in the evolution of the eDiscovery, trial preparation, and technology training strategies, and her work has been instrumental to the firm." said Charles Collins, the firm's Director of IT.
 

Vicki manages the firm's E-Discovery and Litigation Support team.  She supports the firm's litigation efforts through leveraging  the use of technology while following the guiding principles set forth by the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and Ward and Smith standards.  She is responsible for providing e-Discovery and litigation technology guidance and support to the legal team during all phases of the litigation process.  Vicki also designs, implements, and manages the firm's e-Discovery review projects and firm-wide technical training initiatives.

She is a Certified e-Discovery Specialist, a Trial Director Certified Trainer, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a certified Litigation Support Professional.
