Attorney Jane Francis Nowell is the newest Greenville Museum of Art (GMoA) Board of Trustees member.
She joined the 19-member board in January and looks forward to serving for the 2022-2023 term.
The GMoA Board of Trustees serves to govern, manage, and support the affairs of the Museum. This includes developing a strategic vision and guiding the mission of GMoA, driving fundraising efforts, and providing active leadership for the Museum.
Jane Francis is a business attorney whose practice focuses on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, and general business counseling. She also regularly assists clients with the formation of business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, and has experience negotiating and drafting various types of commercial contracts and agreements.
