Gavin Parsons to Participate in Panel at the Fundamentals of Intellectual Property CLE

Litigation attorney Gavin Parsons will share his knowledge at the North Carolina Bar Association's (NCBA) "Fundamentals of Intellectual Property" program on Tuesday, February 25.

This event, organized by the Intellectual Property Section, aims to provide participants with essential insights into various aspects of intellectual property law.

Gavin, along with attorney Rob Monath, will participate in a panel discussion titled "Fundamentals of Copyright and Trade Secret Law," moderated by Kathy Lynch. The discussion will explore what trade secret law covers, methods for protecting trade secrets, and the implications of disclosing such secrets. Additionally, it will highlight recent updates in copyright law and trade secrets.

In addition to the insightful session on copyright and trade secret law, the Fundamentals of Intellectual Property program will offer two other panel discussions focusing on the fundamentals of patent and trademark law and trademark and copyright law.
