Erica Rogers Named Vice-Chair of NCBA Intellectual Property Law Section

Erica Rogers has been appointed as the Vice-Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA).

She previously held the positions of Treasurer and Secretary within the Section. 

In her role as Vice-Chair, Erica will oversee the Section's activities and initiatives, fostering the advancement of intellectual property practitioners throughout the state. Her appointment is a testament to her commitment to the field and her dedication to maintaining professional excellence. 

The Intellectual Property Law Section addresses issues pertaining to copyright, patent, trade secret, and trademark law, providing its members with valuable insights on a wide range of topics related to intellectual property law. 

Erica is a Board Certified Specialist in Trademark Law by the North Carolina State Bar. She provides comprehensive assistance to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations on various intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on trademark selection, clearance, and prosecution.
