Ward and Smith is pleased to announce the return of attorney Edward “Trip” Coyne to its Wilmington office.
Trip rejoins the firm after serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the multi-national consumer products company DockATot.
Trip is poised to integrate the valuable insights gained from his time in corporate leadership into his work for firm clients. Trip’s practice focuses on complex and high stakes litigation matters in courts nationwide. He also provides general business counsel to domestic and multi-national clients across a variety of industries. He is licensed in North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Trip was recently appointed as co-lead class counsel in a class action against a Fortune 500 company that has been certified by the Northern District of Illinois. He is also currently completing his service as the Executive in Residence at UCONN’s esteemed Werth Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
