Ward and Smith attorney Amy Wooten has been reappointed to the Professionalism Committee of the Wake County Bar Association and Tenth Judicial District Bar.

Amy also has significant experience litigating complex commercial disputes, fiduciary duty claims, unfair and deceptive trade practices claims, and community association matters.
