
Ward and Smith attorney Amy Wooten has been reappointed to the Professionalism Committee of the Wake County Bar Association and Tenth Judicial District Bar.

Amy is a seasoned litigation attorney focused on representing policyholders in a broad range of first- and third-party coverage litigation with their insurance carriers and co-chairs the firm's Insurance Counseling and Recovery Practice Group. Amy also has significant experience litigating complex commercial disputes, fiduciary duty claims, unfair and deceptive trade practices claims, and community association matters.
