Zach Marks
Zach is a trusts and estates attorney focused on helping clients create estate plans that work for their unique circumstances. He assists individuals, families, and entities in preparing a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Zach's practice also includes estate and trusts administration, where he helps clients navigate the legal process of estate tax reduction planning, asset protection, and related services.
Prior to joining Ward and Smith full-time, Zach served as a Summer Associate in 2021.
