Sabre J. Jessup
Sabre is a paralegal in our Trusts and Estates practice. She assists clients with developing an estate plan that minimizes death taxes & reflects their wishes for the disposition of their property by preparing Wills and revising Trust Agreements. She also assists clients with planning for health care and financial issues that may arise in the event of their incapacity by preparing Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and HIPAA authorizations. She frequently coordinates conferences with clients to execute their estate planning documents and serves as a Notary Public during the execution process.
