Real Estate Attorney Justin M. Lewis Joins Ward and Smith, P.A.

Ward and Smith, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Justin M. Lewis joined its Real Estate Section in July. He will work in the Firm's Wilmington office. Mr. Lewis' practice experience encompasses commercial real estate matters. He prepares title opinions and resolves title problems. Mr. Lewis represents community associations with regard to lot purchases, development agreements, and the preparation of contracts.

Mr. Lewis received his law degree in 2005 from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law where he served as Articles Editor for the Campbell Law Review. He received his B.A. in History in 2001 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
