Lance P. Martin
Mr. Martin works closely with attorneys in all practice areas to provide the
Firm's complete range of services to clients in western North Carolina. He represents clients in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contract, loan, and workout agreements.
Mr. Martin also represents creditors in collections, foreclosures, Uniform Commercial Code security agreement enforcement, and structured liquidations and workouts.
He litigates at all levels, with an emphasis on commercial and corporate fraud, fraudulent transfers, unfair and deceptive trade practices, floor-plan financing, factoring, and lease arrangements.
Mr. Martin also advises and represents financial institutions in trust, fiduciary, and regulatory matters.
